Landlord gas safety check and certification must be performed by law every 12 months. We offer discounts for returning landlords and wish to work with you to build a professional relationship.

Having worked in plumbing, heating, and gas services in within Central Scotland for over 16 years, I've got lots of experience dealing with all kinds of jobs. From everyday fixes to more complicated installations, I've learned the ins and outs of the trade. The UK has its own set of rules and standards for plumbing and gas work, and I make sure to follow them to keep things safe and up to code. My goal is always to make sure my customers are happy and well taken care of, no matter what the job involves.
